2. Why do you think it can be hard to find rest?
3. Read Matthew 11:28-30. As you reflect on that passage, what does it look like to come to Jesus for rest? How is that different from the burdens of the world and the Pharisees?
4. How can our lives be transformed by acknowledging we have rest in Jesus? What could that look like?
