This Sunday, Pastor Tim Richards continues The 2nd Scroll Series, looking at Acts 18:1-28.

1. Have you ever had an appointment where the anticipation caused a lot of fear or anxiety? What were you afraid of? Why and how did you push through those fears? What was the outcome?

2. Paul sometimes used his tradecraft to support himself. Other times he was supported by the generosity of others. In terms of ministry, what were the advantages and disadvantages of each mode of support? Within the local church, how should paid staff and volunteers work together? What role(s) are you playing in the ministy of DCC?

3. What did Pastor Tim mean suggesting God double-teams people with the good news of Jesus (Acts 18:9-10)? In your own story, can you see ways God double-teamed you?

4. What is your Corinth? Who is your Crispus? Spend time praying for God to do His part and give you the courage and opportunity to do yours.
