Pastor Tim Richards has returned from sabbatical. He joins us this Sunday to start a new series called "The Walk: A Journey Through First John".

1. Why is it important that we have instruction in Scripture from people, like John, who personally spent time with Jesus?

2. Why is being part of a family of Jesus-followers important for the Christian life?

3. Have you ever seen a leader advocate bad behavior for a good cause or use spiritual authority to cover bad behavior?

4. John wants his friends’ life walk to match their Jesus walk. Are there areas where you walk feels out of sync with Jesus? Talk with Him about it.
